Meet the Curator

Geoffrey D. Golden is a Christologist, political theologian, and worship artist. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Morehouse College (2016) and a Master of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary (2022). He is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Theology & Ministry program at Durham University (UK). His writing and research focuses include the personhood and kingship of Jesus Christ, Christian witness in the public square, worship in the local church, and the practice of faith in the Pan-African world. 

Geoffrey is the Founder/President of The Daniel 7 Initiative, a worship and theology nonprofit whose vision is to see the word of Christ's kingship emerge as the focal point of the worship, work, and witness of tomorrow's Church. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at Jakes Divinity School, and he has authored two books, Prayed UP (2021) and Worship & Kingship (2023). Most importantly, Geoffrey is the husband of Rebecca, the father of Avah Marie and Geoffrey Esa, and a lover of Jesus.
